$125.00 fee (cash or check only, no credit cards please)
Ethics, A&P and other courses will be individually scheduled and priced per hour needed.
You will receive all the necessary application papers to apply for both your TN state license and/or MBLEx exam if necessary. In-House Notary is available to notarize your applications and any other necessary documents.
Please bring any complete application forms with you to be reviewed by the instructor and a copy of your transcript from your previous massage program if you have it. You may request that your massage school fax it directly to us at 615-360-8552, if you wish.
Mind Body Institute, LLC is authorized by the Tennessee Higher Education Commission. This authorization must be renewed each year and is based on an evaluation by minimum standards concerning quality of education, ethical business practices, health and safety, and fiscal responsibility.
